Meet Ingrid
I'm Ingrid Johnson, President of Ingrid Inc. As a certified professional coach, I access a wide range of business and world-wise personal experiences to help clients make inner-directed choices that provide limitless opportunities. The world needs your special gift, and I’ll help you access yours to fulfill your potential so that the organizations you serve can fulfill theirs.
My track record of measurable professional accomplishments during a twenty-five-year career in operational management and executive-level teaming in the telecommunications industry outfitted me with corporate credibility and the experience to coach you to your objectives.
My experience with C-Suite executives, executives, and high-potential employees is vast, so I understand what it means to work in the world of corporations and nonprofits.
In addition to my executive-level corporate experience, I work with many nonprofit organizations. For example, in 2012, the Louisville Orchestra added me to their board. There I helped identify and clarify problems and served as a strategic catalyst for implementing needed and successful change and innovation.
In 2015, I was named board chair of the World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This non-profit delivers opportunities for the community to connect with global leaders and engage with peers on international issues. It's a regional hub for international exchange, dialogue, and learning.
In 2016, The Muhammad Ali Center, an organization created to "inspire young adults and adults to pursue greatness in their own lives, communities, and countries," welcomed me onto their board of directors. I served as Development Committee chairwoman and advised and coached C-level and senior executives. In addition, I helped drive board members and the executive team to specific strategic decisions.
In addition to my corporate and non-profit board work, I serve on the Center for Creative Education board. This outfit encourages learning through the arts and recently received its accreditation to open The Foundations School, which among other things, prepares underprivileged children to achieve grade-level reading.
I completed training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). As a result, I received two professional coach certifications, one as a Certified Professional Coach and the other as an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner. I am also International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited, which is the gold standard of professional coaching.
I studied the humanities at Georgetown University.
